I did various things to try to install an OS X Yosemite VM in Virtualbox, but nothing seemed to be working I kept looking around, though, as I remember there used to be a site where you could. Since my MacBook Air only has 2 total, I don’t want to assign both to the VM (although I did at first, and there was no notable difference in performance either way). Well, I banged my head several times and in several different ways trying to get a virtual Hackintosh going.

I recommend assigning a single processor core.Select “Mac OS X (64 bit)” for the version.
